During their concurrency, they travel to the north-northeast and cross over Bishop Ditch. KY270 heads to the east-southeast and crosses over Bordley Ditch. Then, it enters Webster County.
KY270 intersects the northern terminus of KY2837 in Hearin. After it intersects the southern terminus of KY2838, it crosses over Caney Fork and then curves to the south-southwest. The highway crosses over Craborchard Creek and Fredericks Ditch. It curves to the northeast and then the east-northeast. Then, it intersects the northern terminus of KY293. KY270 travels to the northeast and enters Lisman. There, it passes Lisman Cemetery, intersects the southern terminus of KY874, and curves to the southeast. It curves back to the northeast and then to the east-northeast and meets its eastern terminus, an intersection with US41 Alt.
